Yuzhou Hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. A big thank you to customer service representatives Xiao Deng and Wenwen. Their work was meticulous, and they demonstrated great integrity by safeguarding my personal belongings. They promptly communicated with me and returned my items completely intact. Their service was thoughtful and responsible, definitely deserving a five-star rating!

Facilities: Although it's an older government guesthouse, it's very clean overall. Service: Superb! They even gave us snacks and desserts. Hair wash: The complimentary hair wash service was excellent. Breakfast: Absolutely fantastic, whether it was the Chongqing noodles or the pan-fried buns. The fruit was fresh too.

I believe Yuzhou Hotel is the best hotel on Chongqing's Yuzhong Peninsula in terms of environment, facilities, and service. Although it's a state guesthouse, it's incredibly welcoming and down-to-earth. We stayed here for five nights and were sad to leave. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Chongqing.

I was very satisfied with the room I was assigned. The breakfast noodles (xiaomian) exceeded my expectations – I'd say the chef's seasoning skills are better than over half the xiaomian places in Chongqing! In the evening, there was turn-down service and egg tarts.

I'm absolutely captivated by this hotel after checking in! The room boasts fantastic natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of lush greenery. The garden scenery outside is simply delightful and serene, creating a wonderfully immersive and natural ambiance. The service is truly impeccable; both the front desk and housekeeping staff are warm, polite, and efficiently handle all requests. Their attention to detail is evident everywhere. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and surrounded by greenery, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. It was a truly pleasant and comfortable stay, highly recommended!

Came here for a concert! This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's quiet, has great green spaces, and the service is excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the mattress and bedding were perfect for a good night's sleep! Taxis are easy to catch right at the main entrance, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. It was a fantastic stay!

I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to the Chongqing Yuzhou Hotel! It completely changed my perception of old-school hotels, and this stay was nothing short of perfect. First off, as Chongqing's only state guesthouse, the environment is absolutely stunning. The 500-acre garden estate feels like a private urban oasis, with pavilions, winding paths, and complete silence from the city buzz. Staying here just makes you feel relaxed and peaceful. The room was spacious and bright, the toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and I could lie in bed and look out at the lush garden scenery – simply delightful. But what truly impressed me was the service; everyone was so warm and thoughtful. Upon check-in, the butler proactively helped with my luggage, brought it to my room, and even provided complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruit. Every evening, the hotel offered free late-night snacks. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and the authentic and delicious Chongqing noodles are an absolute must-try. This hotel truly lives up to its half-century of heritage; this stay left me wanting to return. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Chongqing!

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its grandeur. The entire design embodies a stately Han-Tang dynasty aesthetic, complete with intricate wooden structures, traditional screens, and palace lanterns – every detail is meticulously crafted. You could snap a stunning ancient-style photo anywhere; this trip was already worth it! 😂 The room was clean and hygienic, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having different pillows to choose from. During my stay, I wanted to explore Chongqing but hadn't planned anything. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided me with excellent travel tips for the city. And the buffet, which I had been most looking forward to, certainly didn't disappoint! 🍣🍜 The variety of dishes was dazzling, and more importantly, the taste was truly excellent. The location is also super convenient, right in Dadukou, downtown Chongqing, next to Longhu Times Street. After my meeting, I could seamlessly transition to shopping and dining. The parking lot is huge, so driving here was completely stress-free!

It was incredibly relaxing to take leisurely strolls around the grounds. Both the rooms and public areas were impeccably clean; every corner was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The room amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with high-quality items that were a pleasure to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly efficient. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
