Studio City Hotel

The service was excellent! They even installed safety fences, so both adults and children slept soundly through the night. The hotel has a large swimming pool and lots of Disney character decorations, which made everyone happy and boosted our spirits! It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment. The snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary, and there were free bottled water in the lobby and free popcorn. Plus, you don't even need to bring a travel adapter. I'd love to stay here again!

Great food, great fun, and plenty to see! The water park was a huge hit with the kids, they had such a blast they didn't want to leave. It's perfect for the whole family, with something for everyone to enjoy, whether it's playing, exploring, or just having a good time. 🤑

Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, clean and tidy! Minibar free snacks and complimentary drinks: The snacks were abundant, and there were 4 glass bottles of water, but the water didn't taste particularly fresh or sweet. Service: The service was good. However, after check-in, they called to say I hadn't signed something and asked me to sign it. Since I had my child with me, it was a bit inconvenient, so I asked them to come up to our room to get the signature. Facilities: The bathtub couldn't switch to the shower head function, which was very odd. They said someone would come up to fix it, but because my child had already showered in the walk-in shower and it was time to put them to bed, I didn't let them come up to repair it. I'm not sure if the bathroom has an extractor fan; I couldn't find the switch.

I had a great impression of Studio City. The room was clean and quite spacious, with all the amenities being very refined. The mini-bar drinks and snacks were even complimentary. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options with various cuisines, which is very convenient. The Lotus Bridge Light Rail Station connects directly to the hotel, making it very easy to get to Hengqin. I stayed at two hotels this trip, and Studio City definitely felt better in comparison. I'd be happy to stay here again next time!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids! The service is so thoughtful. They set up a tent for my child's birthday and even gave us a complimentary birthday cake. Plus, there's a kids' playground and a water park downstairs, making it super convenient for entertainment. And of course, the breakfast was great too!

There's a Disney event happening downstairs at the hotel now, and the kids are having a blast! Plus, they have unlimited popcorn and candy handed out every afternoon, which my child really enjoyed. They just sat in the lobby watching movies and eating popcorn. And to top it off, there's a vintage white Cadillac limo, loaded with 'gold bars,' right at the top of the escalator, which the kids absolutely loved to bounce around in!

After communicating with the hotel, they agreed to provide a complimentary breakfast for the child. Later, I also requested a late check-out service, which they handled very well. It's definitely worth experiencing.

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light. The bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water flow was consistent. The front desk staff were patient and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were very quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and the area is quiet, so I wasn't disturbed at all at night. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a very relaxing stay.
