Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

An excellent hotel! It's just a two-minute walk from the BTS station via a dedicated walkway. The service is professional, and the front desk staff are efficient and polite. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied! 👍

Excellent hotel! This isn't our first time staying here, and as always, everything was top-notch. The views from the room are gorgeous, and the breakfasts are great, with both European and Thai cuisine, even options for vegetarians. The gym is good, and there's a pool. All in all, we'll always come back to this hotel!

This hotel is connected to the BTS, so it's a good choice if you're using it. The staff were friendly, and it was convenient to communicate through the app. We used connecting rooms with our family, and although the rooms are a bit older, they were clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is huge. The breakfast wasn't super diverse, but it had everything you need. The pho was delicious! Traffic was heavy during peak hours. We also got a welcome drink coupon, which was nice and refreshing.

Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn What can I say about this hotel? Definitely 5 stars (and not the kind of 5 stars you find at beach resorts). The staff are wonderful and genuinely willing to help with various issues. The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious, the hallways have thick, soft carpets and pleasant aromas, and the lobby is magnificent. The rooms have huge, soft beds (we booked a Superior Sky Room for triple occupancy), plenty of space for belongings, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, a tea set (tea, coffee, water), a safe, bathrobes, two types of slippers, and all sorts of toiletries (including toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc.). There's direct access from the metro to the 3rd floor of the hotel. The excellent breakfast is served from 06:00 to 11:30 on the 5th floor. While we were there, the restaurant staff celebrated a child's birthday, which was very sweet. There was supposed to be a deposit upon check-in, but they told us they wouldn't charge us since we were only staying for one night. The pool on the 14th floor is, of course, very beautiful, with various sun loungers and deck chairs, but the water was, as expected, cold (around 24 degrees Celsius). It's very pleasant to spend time by it. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's in the city center, right at the BTS Surasak metro station, within walking distance to the main pier, and there's a 7/11 nearby. Would I return if I had the chance? Absolutely yes!

The hotel is 4 out of 5 stars. I've already left a review before, as I stayed for 4 nights but had two separate bookings. Thanks for combining the reservations so I didn't have to change rooms.

Safe, clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast is abundant and the location is convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and close to many shopping areas. It's convenient to travel with a BTS station nearby that connects to several lines.
