Good hotel. The room is large and clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Only the coffee included in the breakfast is not very good... I recommend this hotel.

We had a very good experience at this hotel for the second times. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient if you have a car, though tuk-tuks can also take you there for 3–5 $. The breakfast and amenities were very satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will come back for sure

Our Boat was canceled in Koh Rong and we couldn't get to Kampot for our stay at this Hotel. We reached out to cancel our 1 night stay a day in advance and we were told we could not get our money back. Just another money grab place. In all my time in Cambodia I have never run into anything like it. Plans change, but not for this Hotel, they must not be to busy because they sure needed tho money. Next year's tip again will include a trip to Kampot, but I will definitely not be staying at this Hotel.

Very quiet, comfy and clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The trees n its environment are another good side of this hotel. The downside would be the breakfast, which are small in number and no much to offer if you don't eat pork like myself, but totally understand their offer during weekdays. Still recommended for getaway and short holiday in kampot.
