Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore

This hotel has a distinctive Nanyang charm. I just realized it's now under Marriott. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the location is incredibly convenient, right above the subway, making it easy to get to all the main attractions.

I visited Singapore for my birthday trip this time. Even though I hadn't informed the hotel beforehand, the staff learned it was my birthday trip during a conversation and immediately showed their thoughtfulness. After checking in, I went out, and when I returned to the hotel, they had prepared a surprise celebration for me. I was truly touched by their willingness to celebrate my birthday with me, as well as the warm greetings and hospitality from the staff. The facilities were clean, and I enjoyed the classic ambiance. The location was also excellent. I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Singapore. The service made me feel like I want to come back. Thank you very much.

The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

The newly renovated room was fantastic! In Singapore, where land is precious and hotel prices are generally high and older, a newly renovated hotel is a huge plus. The hotel's cocktails were also amazing; I kept thinking about them even after returning home. There's live music at night too. My favorite Nando's grilled chicken is just outside the hotel, and it's right next to a shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. My mom and child absolutely loved it, and we'll definitely stay for two more nights next time!

Excellent stay! This hotel was just renovated in 2026. It's located in the Bugis area, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was new and spacious, and they even provided bottled water, which many hotels in Singapore don't. Service was good, and housekeeping was prompt. There was a very cheerful lady at the front desk who helped us get a really satisfying room. Breakfast was also good, but make sure to go early or everything will be gone. The pool is small but lovely, perfect for sunbathing.

I really liked the hotel's style; it was perfect for photos. They provided complimentary bottled water, and the location was great too, with a fantastic roast duck restaurant nearby. This hotel offers good value for money in Singapore.

I had a very satisfying stay here. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. If I couldn't understand English, they even proactively used their phones with translation apps to help, which was really considerate. Everyone can feel at ease staying here. Although my room wasn't ready when I checked in, I didn't have to wait long, and my luggage was even taken to the room beforehand. The breakfast was quite good too, though it was crowded and required queuing, probably because I visited during the National Day holiday. The overall hotel environment is nice. It's directly connected to a mall from Bugis MRT station, so you don't even have to go outside to get to the hotel.
