Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore

Rebranded from the former InterContinental, the overall aesthetic is still on point, and the service was quite good. The rooms are indeed a bit dated and probably haven't been fully renovated. Convenient transportation.

The hotel is located in the city center, right above a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's just a 4-minute walk to the famous Raffles Hotel, perfect for a late-night Singapore Sling. The hotel's decor is also exquisite, with an elegant Nanyang style. The singer at the bar in the evening was excellent, playing jazz, and the cocktails were great too. However, imagine this hotel having a fire alarm go off at 2 AM – a piercing broadcast that was incredibly jarring. It played twice, stating, "There's a fire alarm, and we are investigating." Three minutes later, it announced, "We have completed our investigation, it was a false alarm." And the alarm was only in English. For those who don't understand English, there'd be no one to ask in the middle of the night. After checking reviews on Google Maps, it seems this happens quite often at this hotel. Those who are light sleepers should definitely think twice about staying here.

The hotel itself is quite nice, with great location and service. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I only booked breakfast for two for one day. I paid a deposit of 400 SGD, but they only refunded 60 SGD. Where is the rest—over 200? Plus, I've been communicating with Trip.com up until now with no response, and the money still hasn't been refunded.

This hotel has a lot of historical charm. The room was clean, comfortable, and bright, with a view of the pool right outside the window. The breakfast selection was rich, and the handmade bread was delicious. Stepping out the back door, you're right at Bugis Junction, making dining very convenient.

The room feels a bit dated, but it's fully equipped and has great aesthetics. The lobby bar has a strong Nanyang vibe, and they have live jazz performances on Fridays.

This hotel has a distinctive Nanyang charm. I just realized it's now under Marriott. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the location is incredibly convenient, right above the subway, making it easy to get to all the main attractions.

I visited Singapore for my birthday trip this time. Even though I hadn't informed the hotel beforehand, the staff learned it was my birthday trip during a conversation and immediately showed their thoughtfulness. After checking in, I went out, and when I returned to the hotel, they had prepared a surprise celebration for me. I was truly touched by their willingness to celebrate my birthday with me, as well as the warm greetings and hospitality from the staff. The facilities were clean, and I enjoyed the classic ambiance. The location was also excellent. I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Singapore. The service made me feel like I want to come back. Thank you very much.

The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.
