We chose to stay at this resort for one night during our short visit to Krabi. Aonang is quite an active area, but once we entered the resort, it immediately gave us a real sense of serenity.
The resort’s design is smart, with different levels that make the experience more interesting as you move around. The parking area is also quite extensive for a resort of this kind, which was a nice surprise.
Our check-in was quick and efficient, saving us a lot of time. The bellman escorted us to our room, and the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a sea-view room when availability allowed.
We had read some reviews complaining about being given the last room, but for us, it turned out to be a great option. Our room was quiet and private, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was spacious, with a good-sized balcony and bathroom. It smelled pleasant, the AC kept the temperature just right, and the water pressure was good. These may sound like small things, but personally, they are some of the main points I look at when judging the overall room experience.
But the big wow for us was definitely the pool. We loved both the design and how functional it was. The kids’ pool, complete with a slide, along with the shade from the trees, was really well thought out. The pool was clean and peaceful, and it was probably our favorite part of the resort.
Overall, we really enjoyed our one-night stay. It gave us a nice escape from the busy atmosphere of Aonang without being far from everything.
