The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. While the property looks a bit old and could be better maintained, it still offers good value for money overall. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, the taste was fairly average—but still not so bad. If you’re not too concerned about fancy décor, I’d still highly recommend this place. The location is convenient and it offers great value for money. Just realised I didn’t take much picture from this hotel, doesn’t really have much worth taking photos of for social media.

Travelled in a family of 4 including two toddlers during early June. Unfortunately our room was very wet, and no it is not because of the rainy season. Went to check out the rooms of my cousins, they are dry and fine. To describe the wetness. Couch, bedsheet, pillow, every fabric you can touch is damp. The floor is constantly having a layer of water as if you wiped it with a very wet mop. Run a tissue across tabletop, it gets soaking wet in a few seconds. Called the front desk but there’s nothing they can do and they did not allow to change a room. Other than that everything else is great. The last bit- we wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday there but they offered a free cake only minutes before we check out.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The location was perfect, and the hotel overall was truly stunning. The only downside was the lack of a proper hand shower, as the water temperature was inconsistent, with hot and cold water constantly mixing. Awesome environment, nice breakfast, services and for serving the family with the best. Iove the whirlpool breakfast. Definitely will choose to stay again when travel to Krabi

Resort located at Ao Nang center, lots of shop around there, pool is good, rooms are clean, services are good

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was far from clean or hygienic as advertised. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, and the bed sheets appeared dirty upon arrival. The situation became even worse on the second day when there was no water available for showering or basic use. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. What was most disappointing was that the staff did not take immediate action to resolve the issue, and their service attitude was unprofessional and indifferent. The poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and unacceptable customer service completely ruined my stay. I strongly do not recommend this property and will never choose to stay here again.

Located at Aonang beach with lots of eateries / massage / shopping. Staffs are really friendly and good. Just that the bed linen and comforter are not so nice. Overall everything else is super good ! Good for families

Location was good, near to many eateries and 7-11 shop. Breakfast have alot of variety and the food was great. There are two swimming pools. There was 1 for 1 drink promotion at the pool bar. The pool at the top floor has a very nice view of rhe cliff, but the deck chairs there do not have umbrella. Gym is small. Only have one threadmill. The Lat Pulldown machine is out of order. Hotel room floor was always wet, due to condensation. Depending on room facing, it may get quite noisy as hotel is near to RCA. Noticed that there is a new night market (Blue Mountain Market) constructed at rhe open field behind the hotel. So in future the market could potentially be noisy. Overall a great hotel, the staff are friendly, very good customer service.
