Hotel was in a great location. Extremely close to everything. The beach, restaurants etc However I have never been to a hotel i Asia nwhere the staff (especially the reception staff) have had so little interest in their customers. I was a little disappointed with the hotels service to be honest.

I love this hotel so much! The room is clean and spacious, and the swimming pool is huge. Definitely worth staying here if you visit Krabi.

Excellent resort - service was great along with convenient location. The staff prepared a complimentary birthday surprise for us (cake, champagne and room decor). The floating breakfast service available for the room was a highlight. Would stay again.

It's lively and right next to Ao Nang Beach. The pool is nice, and the service is great. The only downside is how humid it is; the blankets felt damp. I'd suggest turning off the air conditioning when you're not in the room, it would make it much drier inside.

Great location, need improvment, bad smell when you go out from the elevator. Breakfast average ,i was expected more. They clean the room at 5pm ,too late.

Lovely resort in Aonang with friendly service staff. Room and balcony are very spacious. Clean with all necessary amenities including drinking water, coffee and tea sachets. Huge and comfortable king size bed. Large pool area on ground level plus another rooftop pool. Breakfast is extensive with Thai, Western and Indian food. I love the Thai breakfast! You can walk easily to Aonang Beach for beautiful sunsets. Lots of shops and eating places outside the hotel. We had a good stay in Panan Krabi Resort.

Stayed in same hotel two years previously as great location to explore Ao Nang district. Only let down this time was standard of room housekeeping has dropped off and some days staff wouldn't arrive to service room until very late in the afternoon. Not ideal when you want to be in room yourself getting ready to head out for evening. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will book again if in the area.
