Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort

Hilton/Sun Group recently took over the property and you can see it’s still transitioning. There’s the Yoko Onsen public area and the clubhouse area. The clubhouse area looks much more modern and welcoming versus the public Onsen area looks like the original layout with just some Hilton branding slapped onto it. Service was overall decent except for the beginning. When driving in for check in, one of the staff at the reception at the clubhouse just said to us this isn’t the check in area and said go to another area without explaining. Luckily guessing correct, we found where we were supposed to check in which the public onsen area. The FO agent at check in at the time didn’t do any type of greeting or welcoming. Just asked for IDs and proceeded with check in and barely explaining the property. But other staff during our stay made up for the two staff lack of hospitality. I believe his name was Nghia (name tag said intern) was very helpful during luggage service and electric buggy service. He was quite pleasant and always hospitable. Also Dung (restaurant supervisor) gave us great service during our dinner at Genji. Finally I believe her name was Huyen (FO) was also helpful during our stay. I traveled with kids and the kids club was a mess, was never tidy and didn’t want our kids to go inside at all. Overall, Genji/Clubhouse area looks more Hilton/hotel like versus the public Onsen area. Stay in that area.

Perfect accommodation, top-notch service - constant support from the staff, I recommend it to everyone

Was a wonderful time in both the public and private onsens, no complaints, this was a gem of a find! Welcome fruits were yummy, the in room facilities were nice, and the place was very peaceful and relaxing! Enjoyed my stay here!
