My brother told me he had heard about Château de Taulane, that It could be a nice place to visit and play golf. I took a chance and booked one night and a round of golf. We had a very picterscue drive from Monaco up to the hotel at over 1000 meters above see level. The room was very clean and nice and atmosphere and service excellent. Even though the restaurant menu did not seem ambisious the food quality and service excellent. The golf course was excellent and we decided to take another round in the morning of departure and were sorry not to stay for at least another day. We need to come again for a visit.

Where do I even begin? I stayed at chateau de Taulane for a little over two weeks and I can tell you that I did not want to leave. The golf course and the views are just a dream. As an experienced golfer myself, it wasn’t only just lovely to be able to play in such spectacular grounds but the hospitality of the staff is just top notch. Even if you don’t play golf, I highly recommend going for a peaceful gateway. The food at the restaurant is delectable. I really enjoyed the deserts especially the chocolate praline cake. I was also very agreeably impressed by the phenomenal quality of the service. Already planning my next visit! Thank you again!

Situated just of the main Route Napoleon, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish it was excellent - the staff on reception were efficient and always had a smile for you, and the maitre'd was great. The rooms vary in style and our double room had a view across the courtyard. Spacious with a seperate toilet and Fragonard toiletries,soft towels and crips linen. The food is very good and they serve an excellent buffet breakfast. This is a golfing hotel, and gets busy, but the hotel can absorb it. The restaurant and bar are detatched from the main hotel building, which could be a problem in the rain. There is a nice, indoor, swimming pool with loungers outside overlooking the splendid golf course. I would certainly go back.

Ce jeudi 29 Mai, nous nous sommes rendus au Domaine du Château de Taulane pour une partie de golf et échapper à la canicule qui sévit actuellement. Le parcours y est toujours aussi magnifique à classer dans le top 5 des parcours de montagne européen. Nous avons poursuivi notre journée par le restaurant la Trattoria da Mario et compte-tenu de l'heure avancée nous avons commandé trois pizzas qui se sont avérées excellentes et accompagnées bien sûr boissons rafraichissantes qui s'imposent! Ce qui est dans l'assiette est important mais nous soulignons l'accueil, le caddy master et le restaurant où le personnel est charmant et souriant, idem pour le personnel des cuisines que je croise à un moment où l'un d'entre eux en sort, il a le sourire et vous adresse un bonjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander les lieux qui sont à 1 heure de Cannes, 1h30 de Nice et à 1000 m d'altitude! Soulignons également les travaux de rénovation entrepris cet hiver: une réussite totale!

Nous étions un groupe de golfeurs de 30 personnes et l’accueil fut tout bonnement extraordinaire !!! Pas simple de servir 40 personnes à table et tout fut fait avec le sourire et efficacité. Le golf est juste sublime et a l’entretien irréprochable malgré cet été caniculaire. Le château est splendide les installations irréprochables, juste un tout petit bémol pour les rideaux de douche pour les baignoires.. Merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil et toutes les petites attentions.. Un lieu à découvrir que vous soyez golfeurs ou non !!!
