Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Amazing location! Just a stone’s throw from the sanctuary entrance! Wonderful, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! I would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great.
