Private Pool Villa 89 Nimman ChiangMai

Pros: 1. The villa's location is excellent, very close to all the popular trendy shops and numerous delicious restaurants. The hard-to-book Pari restaurant is right across the street. 2. There are three bathrooms in the room, which is sufficient for a larger group. 3. The private pool is super kid-friendly; the children had a blast playing in the water. 4. We stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast offered new varieties every day and tasted great. Cons: 1. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. If it weren't for the convenience of having the whole family stay and play together in one house, I definitely wouldn't choose a guesthouse. My child wanted to sleep on the top bunk, but when I opened the duvet, I found a lot of hair on the sheets, indicating they probably hadn't been changed. 2. Facilities: The showerhead in the living room bathroom couldn't be fixed at a certain height; it could only be placed very low. Half the nozzles on the rainfall shower were also not working. The sink drainage was also quite slow. One of the toilets was also malfunctioning, constantly refilling. 3. Noise: This was my biggest concern. Initially, I worried about plane noise, but that turned out to be okay. The biggest source of noise was the house's water pump, which made a loud noise every few seconds or minutes because it constantly needs to operate to supply water to the entire house. So, if you were in a room near the water pump at night, you wouldn't be able to sleep at all. Luckily, there were only five of us, and we had other rooms to switch to; otherwise, it would have been awful. People sensitive to noise really can't tolerate it. Another point is that there was a power outage one day, which directly led to a water outage because the water supply relies on the electric water pump. Also, staff preparing breakfast in the morning can be quite noisy. 4. Security: Every morning, staff would enter the kitchen through the back door to prepare breakfast and then place it on the dining table. This means staff enter the house while you are sleeping. Those who mind this should choose carefully. Overall, it was a very happy memory, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent experience! The housekeeper cleaned our room thoroughly every day, and the breakfast was delicious. The room itself was also great. Definitely worth the price.

The only downside: The pool is too far from the villas, so no one really felt like using it. 4. Another downside: Too few toilets, and poorly designed, making them inconvenient! 5. 90,000 NTD for a 5-night stay is quite expensive, low value for money. 6. Unexpectedly, there was a water outage for one day, which isn't anyone's fault, just bad luck, haha! Overall, everyone thought it was okay, but we wouldn't stay here again unless the price was under 10,000 NTD per night.

The location is great and very quiet, with a convenience store just a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast on the first day prepared by the host was very basic, but on the second day, a different host made breakfast that looked really appetizing. However, after checking out, we left our luggage in the backyard and noticed that the area where they store food was messy and unfrigerated. Also, the water pressure for the shower was extremely low. When both rooms were using water at the same time, it was impossible to shower properly.

The villa is perfect for family trips and has a great location.

The housekeeping is great, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is well prepared, with both Chinese and Western food. There is also a coffee machine available. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for children of all ages to play in the water.
