Our stay at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz was an experience to remember — not only for its world-class facilities but for the warmth and professionalism that define true Swiss hospitality. From the moment of arrival, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful, a perfect balance of elegance and ease As someone who loves food, the resort’s culinary scene was a true highlight. Each restaurant offered something distinct — from beautifully presented tasting menus to relaxed yet refined lunches by the terrace. Every dish felt intentional, crafted with passion and precision. The balance between local ingredients and creative flair was just right at Michelin Starred Verve and Memories. Breakfast at Olive’dor was delightful with the beautiful and calm autumn view. Make sure you seat by the window to enjoy this view with your breakfast. Between meals, we spent time daily at the beautiful private thermal pool and the adjoining Tamina Therme, where the warm mineral water from the Tamina Gorge provided the perfect mix of relaxation and rejuvenation. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind completely — it’s truly a unique place to reset both body and mind. But what stayed with us most was the warmth of the people behind it all. The staff didn’t just provide service; they created connection. Whether it was a friendly chat at breakfast, a thoughtful recommendation for dinner, or a small kindness during our stay — it all made the experience feel deeply personal. Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is more than a luxurious getaway; it’s a place that nourishes you inside and out. We left feeling recharged, inspired, and already looking forward to returning.

Overall, fantastic hotel and service. The Spa Facilities are grand and beautiful. The only minus was not all spa personnel did a genuine job. Didn't appreciate jet peel premium spa person (I felt short-handed with Nancy for quite an expensive service) as much as I appreciated Nicole (great!). Otherwise, brilliant environment, setting, hotel staff and rooms (thanks so much for an upgrade) - exceptional! Thank you!!

we had a great time in the hotel, the room is huge and well equipped, the staff is very minded to serve the visitors, the location is good and there are many good restaurants' inside and outside the hotel

I have had an amazing stay of 2 nights in a paradise of peace and quietness, service and hospitality, friendliness and relaxation. Everything starting from welcome at the train station and up to the last minutes in the hotel were amazing, staff friendly, food gorgeous, SPA and therms relaxing, room huge and with best views on the mountains, atmosphere pleasant and nice. It was a short but very memorable and pleasant stay thanks to two wonderful persons working for this property. They are Marina Oshchepkova representing Medical center of the resort (she took so great care of me) and Gian Andrea Guidon - Director of Sales. Both are highly professional and only thanks to them I can call my stay perfect. From the very bottom of my heart I am saying THANK YOU! If every property had such people in the team - this world would have been perfect. Guys, you are the best !
