The receptionist were very helpful and able to provide necessary information well. The room were clean and keep nicely. Walkable distance to a few famous eateries. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel location is very strategic, easier to take grab to attractions. Breakfast is good, especially the Pho. Staff service is great.

Service: Excellent! Ann Lucy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided fantastic service. Cleanliness: Very clean. The lobby smelled lovely, which was great. Highly recommended. All rooms are non-smoking. Environment: Wonderful! The lobby is very spacious. The lady at check-in proactively escorted me to my room. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi. The breakfast was also great.

Booked randomly but very satisfied. The interior is beautiful and cozy, and the staff are super lovely and enthusiastic, especially Anna. The location is great, right next to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, but I was too tired and slept a lot, so I didn't get to explore as planned. I'll definitely come back next time. When traveling for business, I'm always worried about ending up in a cold, impersonal room, but I really loved it here.

The location is excellent as it's in the old town. The staff are also friendly. The elevator goes up to the 8th floor, but we were given a top-floor attic room. It was really hot, and we had to walk down one flight of stairs from the elevator.

Hanoi The Embassy Hotel! The location in the heart of the Old Quarter makes it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. While the facilities aren't brand new, it's perfectly fine for a night's stay. There's no bathtub, but the hot water runs really well, which helps in relieving fatigue. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the pho and egg omelet that were freshly prepared and brought to us – so tasty! They even had kimchi for Korean guests, and it was really good! 😊 If I ever visit Hanoi again, I'd love to stay here once more.

First of all , I'd like to talk a bit about the receptionists of this hotel , they are exceptional, unique , haven't met like them before. They always smile , check on you, asking everytime if things are okay ... Opening the door for you , helping with arranging tours ... They are awesome. Everything went perfect during our stay . We needed to fix the sink, they did it very quick . Location is good , short walk to old quarter and french quarter , but neighborhood isn't really the best. Breakfast is okay , would have preferred more western options. Room big enough, safe doesn't work though. And few ants there. I would probably stay here again

Decided to stay here again. However had to book family room just because i was travelling with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 overall good and will stay again
