They wouldn't let me cancel before check-in and charged me 50% of the room rate! They charged me 1300 yuan for a hotel that's like a 100-200 yuan hotel in China! The room facilities were like a guesthouse. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The room had a foul smell! The bathroom had a strong sewage odor, and there was no hot water for 20 minutes after I checked in at midnight! The hygiene was so poor, I didn't even dare to shower! I slept for 4 hours and then packed up and moved to another hotel at 7 AM the next day! As a fellow Chinese, I'm telling you, don't stay here unless you can tolerate a toilet smell permeating the entire room.

Service is excellent. Ms. Kate and the staffs are all very accomodating and genuine in asking if we need anything. Very alert in giving assistance to us and other guests. Breakfast is delicious. You can order your eggs in any way u want, omellete, scrambled, or soft boiled. Beef or chicken noodles is also available everyday. Kudos and God bless u.

The room's cleanliness was a real concern. We didn't check the sheets and duvet covers when we checked in, and only discovered stains on them late at night after being out all day. We had to ask for them to be changed last minute. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor; we could hear every step and door slam from the next room, which was quite annoying 😂. However, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions.

Warm welcome by Embassy Hotel staff at the front door, Lady name Kate , give us more information of Hanoi City, maps, discount of Restaurants and Spa &Massage. Also can be order taxi to and from airport . Great location near Old quarter (36 streets)and French quarter. Train street and Museums can be reach by taxis. Great Breakfast

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and Ms. Kate, the manager, was especially lovely. The location is excellent and makes it very easy to explore the area on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I love the place and if we would come again here i would definitely book this hotel just near everywhere very accommodating and hospitable. I love their staff and the free breakfast also its so clean and easy to locate
