Minyoun Chengdu Dongda Hotel

I didn't realize my bracelet was missing until after I checked out, and it's a very important item to me. The butler and the floor supervisor immediately helped me go back to the room to search carefully, checking every corner thoroughly multiple times. I will definitely stay here again next year. The staff's work attitude and customer service are truly exceptional. Although it opened in 2013, it still maintains this high standard right in downtown Chengdu, which is fantastic. I will stay at this hotel again—warm, attentive, and very patient.

Although the decor is a bit dated, all the facilities look as good as new and not worn out at all. The hotel service was excellent. Since it wasn't peak tourist season, it offered great value for money. I stayed for two consecutive nights and had a wonderful experience!

The king room I chose this time had a direct view of the 339 TV Tower, offering a fantastic scenery. The room is spacious, and the bedding features down pillows and duvets just like an international five-star hotel—they are extremely soft, comfortable, and just the right thickness. The bathroom has a wet-and-dry separation layout and also comes with a bathtub, making it very relaxing. The 33rd-floor sky lobby has a very stylish design, and the overall facilities of the hotel are exceptionally well-maintained. The butler provided meticulous and attentive service throughout, and communication was smooth for any request. I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire stay and will definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Chengdu!

I really loved the sky lobby design of this hotel. I was assigned to a high floor this time, and the view was fantastic. The butler service was exceptionally accommodating, proactively helping us apply for a late check-out so we didn't have to rush our schedule. Such a heartwarming service—overall, a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The package included a great variety of perks: daily breakfast, welcome fruit, an in-room afternoon tea set, and even a reservation for a guided tour of the museum for two. The room featured a lovely panda theme that our child absolutely loved, complete with bath toys and kids' slippers. The night view was breathtaking. Our butler was exceptionally attentive, arranging everything in advance so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was a comfortable, hassle-free experience, and we highly recommend it!

Great location, not right in the middle of the financial district. Just a short walk to the old street where you can really feel the local vibe. The authentic local snacks are not those ubiquitous chain stores you find in commercial areas, and it's surrounded by various pedestrian streets.
