The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and dry, well-arranged, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. It was quiet at night, so I slept exceptionally well.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was clean and tidy overall, with a simple yet elegant decor. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The guest room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. The room's soundproofing was very good, completely undisturbed by outside noise, and the toiletries were of good quality with stable water flow. The public areas were well-maintained and spotless, and the service staff were patient and meticulous. The location is excellent, making dining and transportation very convenient. Overall, the value for money is great, making for a reassuring and solid stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for the Hohhot Marathon, and the room was excellent. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was also very quiet, and the service was attentive. The doorman was handsome and very helpful with luggage and the airport shuttle service. What really stood out was the hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea, which were both superb. Overall, the stay was fantastic. This hotel is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Hohhot. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with, making me feel completely at home.

While waiting to check in, the front desk proactively offered juice. The parking attendant was very polite when we left. I accidentally broke a toothbrush cup during my stay, and when I mentioned it at checkout, they didn't charge me for it. The service level is truly exceptional!

Last night, when I lay down, it was drizzling outside the window. The air conditioner was set to 26 degrees and stayed very stable without making any noise. Breakfast was also delicious, and the bedside lamp switch was just within easy reach.

Breakfast was decent, and the concierge service at the entrance was excellent. However, the front desk and restaurant service felt mechanical; when asked for a fried dough stick, it was hard and nothing happened. The management and service were so mechanical that they could probably be replaced with robots in the future. One positive aspect was the hotel's excellent late check-out service.

Extremely bad. They gave me a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. Even though they had an ashtray, they insisted it was non-smoking. When I tried to change rooms, they told me only other floors were non-smoking. I was given a very uncomfortable room. I only stayed one night and then immediately changed rooms. The front desk staff were also rude. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable—thick and hard. I had a sore neck and headache the next day. This was the most unpleasant hotel experience I've ever had. I'm definitely blacklisting this hotel.

This was the worst travel experience I've ever had. There were elderly people and children in the group, and they couldn't check in. At 11 am, they said the room had been checked out and they were cleaning it. They didn't give us the room key until almost 4 pm. The front desk staff were even adamant, saying, "If guests don't check out, there's nothing we can do but wait." Look, aren't all the guests in the lobby waiting? The room type we booked was 30-40 square meters, but the actual room was cramped, especially the sink, which was pitifully small; there wasn't even enough room for a toothbrush cup.
