SpringHill Suites Jackson Ridgeland/The Township at Colony Park

Love this hotel!!! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very well run and a very relaxed happy atmosphere

Hotel was beautiful, problems with check in. Staff made rude comments to my family after swimming. Also woken up at 6am by noisy room beside us.

The area was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only note we had for the room was there was a large gap in the door they let a lot of light from the hall into the room at night and we didn’t like the bathroom being in the middle of the room with sliding door that wouldn’t lock.

The staff was very friendly and helpful- even the lady working in the breakfast area was super attentive and friendly to all guests. The breakfast was delicious. My husband especially liked the cinnamon waffles. We stayed in a double room. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the bathroom door. It was an opaque glass sliding barn door that you can see through when the room gets steamy. Also, because it is a sliding barn door, there are slight gaps between the door and the wall, so there wasn't great privacy. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and we would gladly stay at this property again.

The breakfast was fresh, all the staff was pleasantly nice and professional, and the rooms were clean. Also, there was lots of nearby shops and food places within a short distance.

Always a great stay. Very convenient. Quiet property comfortable and clean rooms.

Excellent. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Friendly. Great location.

Clean, next to a lake with a walking trail, excellent customer service!

We really enjoyed the stay for the most part and have no complaints at all just great service and room for our family that normally needs multiple rooms to accommodate our family! We would definitely stay again if in the area!
