Montraj Continent Sukhumvit Bangkok

Okay to begin with when we checked inn at about 4pm, 2 of the 3 rooms we booked were not ready even when the check inn time states 2pm. Then upon entering the room we couldnt help notice how worn out and dirty the rooms were… photos attached so we requested a room change which they only tried to accomodate a day later and a floor below ( worse view). Out of 5 nights of my stay one of my rooms was cleaned only twice.. Location is fine but there is no amenities in the hotel. The pool was dirty for 3 days and no one bothered to clean. Breakfast options very limited and as a family of 5 we always had to wait since they had very very limited seats… The hotel despite making multiple complaints did not even bother to reach out to rectify. Will not be staying again and will not recommend it to anyone..

The room's air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, we requested a room change late at night, and the staff arranged it for us very efficiently. Also hotel is conveniently located.

I think the place is perfect but the location is not better from siam area

A very cozy hotel and about 2-3 minutes walking distance to both BTS and MRT. Highly recommended and will stay here again.
