Winnie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, assisting me with an early check-in. The hotel's bedding was comfortable and everything was clean. The location is excellent, being very close to both the subway and a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is beautiful and the facilities are complete. Lilian provided attentive and helpful service. The hygiene was also impeccable; the cleaning staff tidied up thoroughly every day. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay.

Great views (facing Zhongshan Park) and plenty of delicious food options downstairs, with a lively atmosphere and something for every budget. The hotel's own breakfast and restaurant are also quite good. Suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

Before checking in, I noted on the platform that it was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and arranged a king-size room (2-meter bed). The room had a beautiful view and was very clean. The housekeeping staff were extremely polite. The breakfast was substantial and straightforward, no frills. The local dishes like braised gluten (kaofu) were particularly delicious, and the fruits were sweet and juicy. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Lilian at the front desk provided excellent service. She helped us arrange a room with a view of Zhongshan Park, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is also superb, close to the subway and nearby shopping malls. Highly recommended!

As a Hyatt property, the service was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I noticed uncleaned handprints on the bathroom door. When I called room service in the evening, it took almost a minute for someone to pick up after two attempts. They didn't even know my room number and then informed me they were out of sponge pillows. The hardware was decent; the location, decor, and facilities were all good. Of course, the lack of robot delivery or smart toilets are common complaints for older hotels, which is nothing new.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a distant view of Zhongshan Park! It would be even better if the water pressure could be improved! The breakfast wasn't very good 😋, it would be great if they could make the food tastier! The location is excellent, very close to Yuyuan Road!
