Hyatt Centric Zhongshan Park Shanghai

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and this was my first stay. I loved the mirrors in the elevator! 🥰 The room was quiet, and the front desk service was superb – they even sent me a birthday cake. What a happy day! It was so blissful to stay in the room during the rain, enjoying takeout and a face mask. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the location is excellent. I even went downstairs to get milk two days in a row! My mom thinks the hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, which truly takes skill. I especially loved the beautiful cushions on the sofa in the room. The gym reception staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. I love everything about this hotel.

Satisfied, the pool was very comfortable with great facilities, and the room was very comfortable with a good view.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. The room size is also decent, and the bathroom facilities are good. It would be even better if the hairdryer was of higher quality. Yu Garden Road and Longzhimeng are nearby, making shopping very convenient. Lilian at the front desk provided excellent service and was very responsive to our requests.

The room is new and the hotel's location is excellent. You can access the mall directly from the second floor and take the elevator down to the subway. However, the hotel doesn't have delivery robots, which makes ordering takeout quite inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was good.

Great location, convenient for getting around. Given its age and the area, the price is quite reasonable. Besides that, there aren't many standout positives. While service was quick to respond, the issues weren't resolved. The soundproofing is very poor, which was uncomfortable for someone sensitive to noise like me. Also, the room type I stayed in wasn't very female-friendly; the vanity mirror in the bathroom was poorly placed, and the lighting was terrible for applying makeup.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Line 2. It's really close to Longzhimeng and Raffles City. On rainy days or any time, you can use the underground passage to get there without waiting for traffic lights! It's super convenient for dining, drinks, and getting a taxi! Lilian's service was excellent! She even upgraded my room for my extended stay~ Any issues were also handled with careful attention.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to Zhongshan Park Metro Station, making it quick to get to Yuyuan Road and Jing'an Temple. Plus, there's a mall right downstairs, so all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are covered in one spot. The room design is very stylish with a chic Shanghainese flair, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean – a truly pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Lilian at the front desk! She was incredibly helpful during my stay, not only professional and thorough but also thoughtfully arranged my room. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I'll be recommending it to my friends!
