Holiday Inn Express & Suites BELLEVUE (OMAHA AREA) by IHG

The hotel was nice. The breakfast options were excellent. The refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave outlets didn’t work. The microwave had to be moved. The refrigerator was not running and when we called the front desk they brought an extension cord to plug it in at a different outlet with a cord running across the floor which was a tripping hazard. A few hours later the refrigerator had frozen all of our drinks making them unusable. They did offer us a credit on our bill which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay here despite the problems .

The breakfast was fantastic and the service was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also in great shape and well maintained!

Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.

I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great

I had no problem at all with my stay. The problem i have is that when i made the reservation on line i paid a deposit . When i checked in they charged me again. So i paid twice for the room. I originally thought that i would b credited baxk for one of the charges, but as of today that hasnt happned . I am very unhappy with this situation . I am going to have to drive back to the hotel and explain the problem to managment in the hope that i will be taken care of.

The receptionist was very nice. We had two rooms and she made sure we were close instead of on separate floors. Rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel was quiet even with a couple of teen sports teams staying there.

The front desk staff was phenomenal. Everyone was kind and courteous. Great location. Breakfast was warm and tasty. We will stay here again if we need to come back to Bellevue Medical Center.

A charge listed as "incidental" for $40.00. Was told it is on everyone that checks in. Will be refunded on check out. It was not. Room was left in excellent condition.

Bathroom fan didn't work, shower and kitchet sink drain were clogged, jets in hot tub did not work, never any pool towels in the pool area. Most staff was friendly particularly the younger staff had good customer service.
