Struggled with check-in. They could not find my reservation even with email proof. Front desk called at 11:30 pm to see if we were in the room? Checking out was just as confusing as they could still not see my reservation. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good!

It was a nice quiet stay, it was a great spot to stay during our festival weekend. The hot tub jets were so crazy and aggressive, but even with that one critic it was a nice stay with kind staff.

The pool and hot tub was not working for the whole stay. That’s was the purpose of our stay, at least have fun in the pool but unfortunately it didn’t go as we had planned.

Room was good but service not so much... Room was good but the service was less energetic than slugs. Had to have our key cards reprogrammed every time we left the room. The complaintary cookies in the lobby were non-existent except the one time we saw a single cookie with a big bite out of it. There was one of the staff that told my wife, "don't get in the hot tub, it's not supposed to look like that", after seeing him working on the pump room equipment and announcing to everyone in the pool, "I don't know what I'm doing!"
