The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, and it's conveniently located with many local shops nearby. The cathedral is also within walking distance. The hotel offers valet parking, which isn't cheap at €27 for 24 hours. When we went to pick up our car, the front desk attendant made a mistake and brought the wrong one, causing a delay of over ten minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, but there was no à la carte option; it was a standard four-star offering. We only stayed one night, and during the day, there was a lot of noise from renovations on the same floor, as shown in picture 3.

Did not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. Shame rooftop is not utilized for a pool / sun deck. The Gran would have been impressive in it's day but is in need of renovation. Location great. Stayed 4 nights.

Good location. You can drop off your car and they can help you to park at the nearby carpark. Very convenient to walkable to major attractions like the Basilica and also many tapas restaurants.

Cleaning service is not up to standard. Cleaning staff forgot to wash glasses, to replenish coffee pantry and minibus in fridge. Besides, the kettle is leaking when boling which made the suspension of electricity
