Kimpton HOTEL MONACO SALT LAKE CITY by IHG

The bathroom door was so heavy it couldn't be moved, so I had to leave it open when sleeping at night. The hotel doesn't have its own parking. There are two parking options: one is hotel valet parking for $47 a day, and the other is parking in the adjacent lot. Although the latter is $37 a night, once you park, you can't move your car; any entry or exit incurs an additional charge. We chose the adjacent lot and ended up paying $40.50 for parking. Breakfast is included, but only up to $50; any amount exceeding that needs to be paid separately.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the hotel's location was excellent.

This hotel was clean and well-located. There's a large supermarket, cafes, and restaurants all nearby, so I don't think breakfast needs to be included. It's à la carte, not a buffet.

The pictures were good, so I thought it was a Monaco-style hotel, but it was actually very poor, just a three-star hotel.
