Really loved the design of both the public areas and the room. Everything was comfortable, except for the bathroom – it wasn't soundproof and didn't ventilate smells well, haha. The room had a coffee machine with sugar and creamer sachets, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with lots of thoughtful details. There are plenty of coffee shops and brunch restaurants nearby. It's about 1-2 kilometers to Gaudi's three masterpieces, which isn't super close but still acceptable, and taxis are easy to find.

Location is great! Many shops and restaurants.- staffs were helpful. We were able to store our luggage while we went away to other Eu countries before we checked in. Spa was perfect with reservation.24 hrs gym. Best view for the rooftop pool nice for chilling in the evening. You can also have a private party/event. Overall, we liked it a lot. Last but not least room is cozy and bathroom has plenty of space! Not to mention- free wine & snacks available for guests in the evening such a superb hospitality.

Really lovely spa hotel – although you have to book in one hour blocks in advance. Nice roof top pool. Good for access to local sightseeing.

Great clean rooms, great amenities, my family enjoyed it very much, the location is great to many tourist areas. The entire city feel very safe to us, so I am sure most locations you select in Barcelona you don't need to worry about safety much. The spa experience is only 30 min per day, and cannot be extended, which didn't feel sufficient, but it was included, so I am not complaining, just letting other people know!
