The bed sheet is really dirty, bloods, blots and bugs…Cause it’s quite late and we would like to rest, we didn’t ask the staff to change. The room service is really slow. We wait for 2 hours for the staffs to send a mosquito repellent which should be in the room. No tips, no service. That’s the first lesson u gonna learn in Srilanka from their staffs. However, breakfast is really delicious! Staffs there are warm and nice!

Lovely hotel on the beach. Great service. I like the fact the lobby opens onto the street and no doors. Shows how safe the area is. Great breakfast too.

Amazing stay! Our flight was cancelled, so we had to book this hotel very last minute — and honestly, it turned out to be the **best choice ever!** ❤️ The stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the highlights! The only issue was receiving a call from the staff at 11am to remind us about the 1pm late check-out. As I was trying to get some much-needed rest due to a migraine, the call interrupted my sleep. I would suggest avoiding such reminder calls when a late check-out has already been confirmed. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From pick up to departure everything was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Since we were holidaying with our children and grandchildren we found the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The resort has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday

Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha

The apparemve and the environment of the hotel is good. However the cleanliness of the hotel as compared to the price is less competitive.

Check in fast but when we got to the room it was not what we booked. So we had to wait till the preped the actual room we booked. However, they gave us free cocktails while we waited so it was good for the room mishap. When we got the actual room we booked it was great. The bathtub was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Only down fall the dinner buffet was very bad given the hotel Jetwing brand and breakfast buffet was so so. Hotel is by the beach and close to the airport.
