A great find! Well located and with a fabulous and attentive management team of Julien and Angelique, nothing is too little for them when it comes to customer care and satisfaction. As well as the very comfortable air conditioned rooms, the cuisine was truly exceptional. Overall...Just Great!

Just a one-night stay, but after one night, we wanted to stay a week. The personnel were not just helpful, they were downright AWESOME. Above and beyond. We came in around lunchtime and opted to eat on property. Best decision we could’ve made. The small staff made the most of their culinary skill. The lunch was perfect. Homemade jams and other special touches made it so. Seriously perfect. When we are in town for dinner and had a less-than-subpar experience, we remarked, almost in unison, “We should’ve eaten on property.” The room was a standalone bungalow up a short path. The configuration of the property was quirky in all the right ways. There is a small outdoor pool (which we knew was there at booking but didn’t use), and the room was very comfortable. Bed linens were just right and the bathroom was ample. Each room has a hard key and a safe key. Took a little to get it right, but no issues. If you need to stock up on snacks, you’re about a hundred meters from the Aldi. We had indicated we’d have breakfast, and despite getting up earlier than anticipated and wanting to hit the road, we stayed for one last taste of the incredible service and hospitality here. If you like cookie-cutter, don’t stay here. If you like a unique, personal experience, book now.

What a beautiful place this is. We met friends there for a meal recently and the whole experience was a delight. We received a warm and friendly greeting from both Julien and Angelique. We were shown to a peaceful shaded terrace, received excellent service throughout and the meal was one of the very best we've had in our extensive travels through France. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future to sample the extra services on offer in their hotel.

Lovely little hotel and restaurant in Brantome. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Room was nicely decorated with view from balcony and comfy bed. Ate the restaurant and food was delicious.

Stayed 2 nights at this just out of centre small hotel in the picturesque town of Brantome. Modern bedroom was a little small but had a huge 'wet room' bathroom. Weather was not great so did not use the pool or large terrace. The owners are a delightful couple with hotel experience around the world who made us feel very welcome. Food in their restaurant is excellent with an extensive wine list. We shall return if we are in the area again.

Had a wonderful couple of days staying here. The accommodation was excellent as was the service. Wonderful outside dining area and the food at dinner was superb with an extensive wine list. Thy enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

We were driving through France and were recommended to see Brantôme. We booked this hotel last minute, it was lovely, room spacious, comfy bed, hosts really friendly and a great location. Didn't use the pool as it was early March but in the summer they have a lovely terrace . Dinner was fabulous with good local wine. Breakfast average.
