The room itself was generally clean, but perhaps a bit dated due to what I assume is an older renovation. I heard it's a hotel converted from a relatively old historical building in the area. With two double beds and the bathroom, that's pretty much all the space you get. On the bright side, the room did have a fridge, and the shower water was nice and hot. Just be aware there's an additional service charge of over $15.

This is our favorite hotel in Pasadena. It has such a cool vibe and the pool area is such a nice relaxing scene. If I had one gripe is that the pool is usually cold but the staff is so attentive. Plenty of towels and plenty of things to do out on Colorado Avenue.

A historic hotel that provided ambience with a welcoming atmosphere. The hotels location provided plenty of options for food and necessities. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional service. We requested a room change which was promptly addressed and were very pleased with the new room. The 3rd floor pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Although, a weekly noontime schedule to purchase beverages and food at the pool would have been welcomed. We would like to acknowledge exceptional and friendly service from Graciela F. and Adriana C. They made our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning in the future and would highly recommend the Pasadena Hotel!!

A very beautiful hotel; the rooms and lobby were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, it offered exceptional value for money. It's about an hour's drive from the tourist areas of Las Vegas, which is acceptable. There aren't many homeless people in Pasadena at night, making the environment safe.

We stayed two nights to watch the NBA game. The hotel was beautiful, perfect for taking pictures. The staff were also superb. Pasadena is such a great neighborhood; the city hall is very close and it's gorgeous – I highly recommend walking there. The surrounding area is safe, with three subway stations nearby. We originally planned to take the subway to the Lakers game, but now we'll have to take Uber. However, we took the subway back after the game, and it was safe even after 11 pm. The only downside was a leaf shop downstairs, but it closes at 10 pm, so it wasn't a major issue.

A gorgeous hotel. We stayed here for a stroll around Los Angeles and didn't regret it at all: we loved everything! Comfortable bed, fresh towels, nice shower products, a fridge in the room, a beautiful lobby area and pool, everything was clean! Parking is $29/day, with a $50/day deposit. Parking was deducted from the deposit. We want to come back again!

Actually, the price/performance ratio is OK. I think the service is pretty good. There is no hot water in the room. Every day when I go downstairs, the guy helps me to get it from the kitchen. I complained by phone and the response was very fast. The hardware of facilities is very average. The price/performance ratio is OK in Pasadena
