everything is perfect and beyond expectations! :) The team is very professional and friendly, the restaurant has great Tuscany dishes and exceptionally beautiful view. The SPA and massage therapists are kind and professional. We enjoy our holiday so much!! Thank you very much for giving us such memories.

This beautifully restored castle offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team. I actually started keeping a list of staff members to praise individually, but it quickly became too long because every single person was extraordinary! From the welcoming front desk and attentive restaurant crew to the knowledgeable vineyard team and meticulous housekeeping staff, everyone goes above and beyond. Their genuine warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made our stay perfect. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Tuscany and the many historical towns. The baker in the restaurant is fantastic! The fresh bread at dinner and the cornetto at breakfast set the meals apart. I would only suggest that some of the dishes in the restaurant may have a bit of fine tuning. We stayed 6 nights: if the menu in the restaurant changed we would have eaten here every night. But we ventured out of the hotel a few nights for a bit of a change.

Amazing view and food Lovely hotel with an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Pool area is great and you can have a lunch or drinks in the pool bar. Dinner and breakfast is served on the terrazzo and everything we had was great, that also includes the wines. We really enjoyed our stay and we really liked our own patio and the concert with live music. We’ll be back!

This place is absolutely stunning and the staff are extremely friendly and kind.

We stayed in this boutique hotel when on a wine tour of the area.It is out in the countryside quite remote .Unfortunately the weather was very bad while we were there so we could not benefit from all of the facilities or indeed what would have been spectacular views .We did get a glimpse.Our room was lovely ,comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. We had dinner in the hotel one evening ,service was excellent as was the food. We had the vacate the dining room early as the torrential rain was pouring into it.The staff were very impressive in this situation locating us to the bar. Breakfast was served in the bar next morning ,I was early for breakfast and watched a very organised efficient staff arranging how they could serve us all. We were unlucky with the weather and it certainly wouldn't put us off staying there again

We took a group of 17 people here on a Wine tour using twelve of their rooms. Good size rooms, clean and comfortable. Our stay was marred by terrible weather so the outdoor facilities were not used but the hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was good but on our second morning owing to flooding in the restaurant the night before a light breakfast had been set up in the bar. The staff dealt with the flooding extremely well. This is a lovely hill top hotel on a Wine estate and in good weather would be lovely to stay for a few days. We would certainly use Castello Bonaria again.
