Best Western on the Beach

Our room was clean and nice. The front desk and staff was very professional. The breakfast from the restaurant was also good and very affordable. Parking was also great with many available spots. Will definitely return for our next vacation!

We love staying here. Beach access is great. Pools are great. I like having an indoor and outdoor option and two hot jet tubs available. The location to local attractions is convenient. The only thing I would suggest is either offering a free breakfast or improving the quality of the restaurant that’s onsite.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The rooms could use some updating but our room served its purpose for one night, wouldn’t want to have stayed more than one night.

I honestly would’ve given the spot a better review but we had an issue with dirty sheets after our first night there. It was enough that they moved us to another room. I don’t wanna trash them because they handled the situation quickly and kindly. And we got an upgrade to an oceanfront room without being charged any additional fees. That said, I think the issue with the Sheets was an honest mistake and we caught it but they could definitely do better with housekeeping and paying attention to best practices when cleaning. Everything else about the hotel day was great. That oceanfront room was fantastic. You’d probably pay 10 times at much at any of the other resort or larger hotels on the beach. The staff is super friendly. They have both an indoor and an outdoor pool, they also have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean!!! Everything was very clean- rooms, restaurant, pool area, lobby, etc. I was VERY impressed with how clean it was. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was because the outdoor hot tub wasn't working, but i believe they were in the process of fixing it. Also, the carpet in our room was a little grungy from being out dated, but not horrible. I would definitely stay here again for another quick, easygoing family getaway!

This is one of the best deals on the beach. Restaurant on the property “the pancake house “ was great and got us in and out so fast. The owner of the place was refilling our water glasses:). Amazing service. Sea and suds restaurant on the pear next door was perfect local good eats. Will stay here from now on!

Clean room. Functioning AC. Gorgeous views and loved the kitchenette attached. Beds were great!
