I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a serious incident that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel from 12 Aug 2024. On the very first day of our stay, my son suffered a painful injury in your swimming pool, where a piece of skin along with flesh was cut off, presumably caused by broken or fallen tiles in the pool. What is particularly distressing is that we have since learned that the hotel was already aware of the unsafe conditions in the swimming pool. We understand that tiles had previously fallen off, causing injuries to other guests as well. Despite this, the pool was not closed, no adequate warning signs were placed at the entrance, and only a small A4-sized warning notice was affixed to the side of a pole near the pool stairs, which was easily missed. This lack of appropriate action to safeguard guests is unacceptable. As a result of this incident, our entire holiday was ruined. not to mention I have booked private coach to teach my son how to ski for the next 2 days. I wish this would not happen to any other families.
