We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
The main issue was that the room we were given was not the room advertised. It was noticeably smaller and looked completely different from the photos online. While the room itself was clean and perfectly acceptable, it was not worth the price we had paid, especially given the expectation set when booking.
To the hotel’s credit, when we raised this, they did offer either a 15% refund or a room change. However, the alternative room was still not the one originally advertised, and as we were already halfway through our stay, we opted to take the partial refund.
Another disappointment was the pool situation. The pool in the building was “out of service”, but this was not communicated in advance or at check-in. We only found out when we were about to use it. We were directed to a different pool about an 8-minute walk away — which, confusingly, appeared to be the one shown in the hotel’s photos.
Overall, the stay was okay, but it was disappointing not to receive the room we had booked, and the lack of transparency around both the room and facilities let the experience down.
