Yangshuo Fadai overhanging hot spring light luxury hotel

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Yangshuo was definitely the right decision! Surrounded by stunning karst mountains and waters, it truly felt like living inside a landscape painting. The environment was exceptionally comfortable. The resort grounds are huge, but thankfully, there is an on-demand free shuttle service, which was super convenient. We were warmly greeted by the staff the moment we arrived! Afternoon tea was served daily and looked great in photos. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Our stay also included a complimentary travel photoshoot for the three of us—it was a fantastic experience, complete with free outfits to choose from. With the natural scenery as the backdrop, even the unedited photos turned out amazing. My absolute favorites were the hot springs and the swimming pool🏊! We stayed for a few days, and as long as it wasn't raining, we would go for a swim and a soak every day. Swimming right in the heart of nature was just an incredible feeling❤️. Overall, the property is very quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect getaway to unwind and relax. If you're visiting Yangshuo and looking for a slow-paced, relaxing vacation, I highly recommend this place.

After searching for a long time for a hotel in the Shili Gallery and Yulong River area, I finally chose this Fadai Hotel, and the check-in experience far exceeded my expectations. 🌄 About the scenery: The hotel's location is fantastic, offering truly "ultimate views." Whether it's the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows in the room or the pink hanging chair on the terrace, you can enjoy unobstructed views of Guilin's peaks and idyllic rural scenery (Photos 1 and 3). Especially in the evening, the soft lighting makes it great for taking photos. The rooftop cantilevered pool (Photo 2) is the crowning touch, offering a strong visual impact. 🪵 About the amenities: The room's interior design really hit the spot for me. Extensive use of natural wood finishes paired with grey-blue sofas and ink-wash landscape paintings (Photos 6 and 9) creates a vibe that blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern light luxury. The attention to detail is spot-on, featuring a wet-and-dry separated bathroom, a spacious standalone bathtub, as well as thoughtful tea sets and floor cushions. 🛌 About comfort: Soundproofing is great, making it very quiet at night. The mattress has just the right firmness; after a full day of exploring, you just don't want to get up once you lie down. With the balcony door closed, the air conditioning is nice and cold. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and serene, making it perfect for self-driving tours, and it's not far from surrounding attractions like the Yulong River and Shili Gallery. Staying here for two days felt like my soul was healed by nature. It was a truly fantastic weekend getaway.

Stayed at Fandai Hotel and it was still a pleasant surprise. The mountain view room has an unbeatable field of vision, the pool is great for Instagram-worthy photos, and the rice noodles at breakfast are delicious. The service is warm yet unobtrusive—the ultimate choice for chilling out and doing nothing. Highly recommended! The hotel also offers travel photography with a very professional photographer. Will definitely come back again!

The butler service was attentive, and the room was clean with great style. I truly achieved 'state of mind freedom' here—will definitely come back! Choosing this place was definitely the best decision we made, especially with the large crowds pouring into the scenic area. At night, the surroundings are quiet, and the scenery is fantastic. The pool is great, there's a coffee shop, and even travel photography services available, all at reasonable prices (though the coffee is a bit expensive). You can also ask the front desk to help you book an electric scooter rental. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Excellent! The hotel's environment is very comfortable and super photogenic. It was hot during the day, so I enjoyed a bubble bath and afternoon tea. In the evening, I went swimming and soaked in the starlit hot spring – it was incredibly relaxing. It's also very close to Longtan Pier, where you can buy tickets, and there are even three-person rafts, perfect for families with kids. What was unexpected was how delicious the beer fish at Restaurant No. 9 was; I hadn't had high hopes for the restaurant at all.
