The staff are friendly,and the hotel location is very good ,just few walk to the beach

Very nice, clean hotel. Room had a great view over the beach but the standout of the hotel was the included breakfast, it was some of food we had on our 2 week holiday and we did not expect that from a hotel breakfast, the food and service was amazing.

Quite a nice stay with great service and location, and good food. Pros: - Spacious ocean view room with a huge, comfy bed. - Elite rain shower and toilet flush pressure. - Good breakfast spread with plenty of variety. - Fantastic staff who brought me a brand-new Panasonic hair dryer after I complained that the original one was essentially just blowing room-temperature whispers at my head. - 24/7 Mini-mart and Pharmacy open till 23:00hrs just below the hotel Cons: - Elevator, green-coloured pillow, showering section shared a very specific "musky/sour" scent that desperately needs to be retired. - Several ants decided to check into the room and bathroom with us. Advice to management: - Would be nice to add some nice fragrance to the public areas and rooms, and switch the bedroom flip-flops to rubber or silicone so guests know they've been sanitized. Overall a good stay, just needs a few tweaks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff at breakfast, they made breakfast time super enjoyable. The only downside was they hadn’t cleaned the room properly on arrival, so we faced with loads of cockroaches 😱😱😱 however when we complained they upgraded us to a higher level room that was perfect. The night shift lobby team were not great but the daytime staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all would recommend this hotel. Super location and great views.

Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel (My Khe Beach) – I had a wonderful stay from 13–17 April with my husband, and we truly want to share how impressed we were. We stay at room 1901 and were very happy with the room cleanliness. Everything felt neat and comfortable, and we especially loved waking up to the sea view of My Khe Beach，which made our vacation more relaxing and special. We also enjoyed the hotel spa experience at La Spa. We started with the 30-minute free massage and then extended it to a total 90-minute aromatic massage. It was such a great way to unwind during our stay. Another highlight was the restaurant service during buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and genuinely noticed our needs. On the 3rd day of breakfast, we were offered a jasmine tea with herbs. The herbs were added by Thu Hien, a restaurant staff member. She kindly shared the herbs which were farmed by her parents. She hoped we would enjoy trying them. This small gesture meant so much to us—because it felt heartfelt, warm, and meaningful. We felt truly grateful and respected through that sharing. Thank you to the Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel team for such a pleasant and memorable stay. We hope to come back in the future! 🌿🌊✨

The hotel staff are very friendly with sweet smiles, and the location is excellent.

Very good location and decent room with breakfast. Only sometimes a bit noisy at night because it very close to the beach road.
