There were bedbugs on the bed, and I was unable to sleep the entire night. Around 2:00 AM, I called the front desk to report the issue. Instead of listening to my concern, the front desk staff immediately told me that the room had been fully cleaned, that there were no bedbugs, and even accused me of lying. They asked if I had any proof.
I then went to the front desk and showed them the pictures I had taken. At that point, the staff member became quiet, but the situation was never properly resolved. As a result, I could not sleep for the rest of the night. I checked out early the next morning and booked another motel for the remainder of my stay.
This was the worst motel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend staying here even if the room were free, because you may not be able to sleep. The carpet was extremely dirty and unhygienic. I am attaching photos of the bedbugs as well as a picture of my bare foot, which turned black from walking on the carpet without shoes or socks.
The condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness, and the dismissive attitude of the staff made this an unacceptable experience. This place is unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not suitable for guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this motel.
