Booked this accommodation in the Bukit Bintang area for my Kuala Lumpur trip, mainly because it's relatively new and the location is convenient. It's right next to Jalan Alor Food Street and within easy walking distance of Berjaya Times Square and the upscale Pavilion Mall, so no need for a taxi. It's a bit further to the Petronas Twin Towers and Chinatown. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The lobby bar and lounge area are excellent, and the guest rooms generally met my expectations.

The room was a bit small, but it was very convenient. I could speak Chinese during check-in, and the staff were very friendly. There's also a durian seller right next to the hotel with reasonable prices.

I think this hotel is pretty good. The location is excellent, very convenient for all the sights I wanted to visit. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door. The super large bed in the room was truly massive, and the room itself was quite spacious. Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially considering how affordable it was!

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Alor Street night market, so you'll never be short of food options. The staff were fantastic; they actively helped me resolve an issue I had with my booking, which was great! The room was good, with plenty of space – I could fully open my suitcase and still have room for more luggage without any problems.

Felt a bit dizzy in the room and quite tired. The hotel is close to the food street, and Kuala Lumpur city center is too crowded at night. The room is small, and the bed is square and large.
