Graduate by Hilton Providence

Good interior decoration, good location, good view

The location is good, but the service is not up to par with a four-star hotel. There is no drinking water in the room. You have to go down to get it yourself at the front desk. The facilities are relatively old. The shower head is difficult to control.

This hotel is in a great location, has an artistic atmosphere, a small lobby, and very large and elegant suites, making it a great choice for travelers to Providence.

Stayed in the hotel for more than a week. The hotel lobby is very retro and beautiful. There is an antique elevator that is no longer in service. In the morning, there are coffee croissants on the first floor for sale. The taste is OK. The location is good. There are parks and malls around. It is not far from the Providence River. You can walk there. But the overall experience of the stay is not good. One day, the whole hotel had no hot water, and the room was not cleaned for two days.

I originally booked 2 double beds, but only 1 queen bed was available. Ctrip later paid the difference. The room was quite big and the bedding was very good.

I like it very much. The room is also quite big. The coffee shop bolt downstairs is very good, recommended

The room is spacious, brightly lit, and has good air conditioning, but the bathroom is a little small.
