Novotel Huashan

After escaping a Xi'an hotel with no hot water late at night with my whole family, we checked into Novotel. The front desk upgraded us to a suite for free, which instantly extinguished my anger. Many thanks to the night staff that day.

Overall, it was good, but the facilities were a bit old, and the downlight above the bed kept flickering. However, the breakfast was delicious, and they even provided drinks and fruit. When I requested disposable paper cups, they were delivered very quickly.

Easy parking and excellent service. This Novotel-style hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable and soft bedding. The amenities are complete and practical, and there's no unpleasant odor. Breakfast was also good. It's the perfect place to get a good night's sleep after hiking all five peaks of Mount Hua.

Great value for money! A 5-star hotel for just over 200 yuan. They offer pick-up from the high-speed rail station, and it's conveniently located right on the way to Mount Hua. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with plenty of local specialties.

The location is great, very close to the highway and tourist attractions. I'm not sure if it was the hotel or Trip.com that upgraded our room, but it was very spacious and generally good. You can see Mount Hua from the window. It's clear that a few years ago, this must have been the best hotel in the area.

This hotel was fantastic and made our Mount Hua trip even better. We booked a king-size room package for two nights. When we arrived, we asked if we could switch to a twin room of the same category, preferably one where the beds could be pushed together. The front desk attendant immediately upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, which gave us a super-sized bed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they provided unlimited bottled water, which was perfect for getting a good night's sleep before and after our hike. The cleaning staff on our floor were very responsive whenever we needed anything. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit and offered a send-off service when we checked out. And let's talk about the incredible breakfast! The dining area was spacious and comfortable, and the food selection was extensive, with Chinese and Western dishes, hot and cold options, pastries, drinks, and local specialties – everything you could want. The service was warm and attentive; the attendant at the entrance even kindly reminded a child to be careful not to fall. Although the room rate wasn't expensive, the overall experience was excellent, and all my family members traveling with me praised it highly.

Facilities: Very new and all in good working order. The room size was sufficient, especially the bathroom which was large and comfortable. Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: Newly renovated, which was nice. Service: We got a room upgrade, and the breakfast was super good. Very satisfied.

After hiking Mount Hua, we checked into this hotel. It felt very upscale, the facilities were new, and the service was impeccable, truly living up to its four-star rating. If I ever come back to Mount Hua, I'll definitely stay here again.

I got a free room upgrade! The room had great natural light and I could even see Mount Hua from inside. The soundproofing was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, Xiyue Temple, and the Mount Hua scenic area. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was still decent.
