Nothing can beat the location in the transit area of the airport. In the morning it took us 20 min to walk straight to the gate without having to deal with luggage, check in or security check. Gave us time and peace of mind. Hotel is clean and pleasant, beds super comfortable, air co worked well. Free drinking water right in front of the hotel. Very expensive of course, but you take it or leave it.

If you need to make an overnight connection at IST, YOTEL is a perfect decision.
Especially if you don’t need to leave the international sector between your planes.
I like it as it’s just from 10 to 20 minutes after your leaving the plane till your relaxing at the room. Almost no queues for check-in, everything is fast and welcomed.
In the room you have everything you need. I think the most important is that you have two bottles of water, so you don’t need to think through about the water-balance.
Shower, comfortable bed, TV (if you need it), speedy Wi-Fi.
Wake up, and in 10-15 minutes you are near the gate you need for the next flight

I gave Service a "5" - due to the person at the front desk. He had to make a couple of adjustments to my reservation, and he did so without batting an eye, or making me feel as though I was a difficult customer. We had to move to the other Yotel because we were flying out early the next morning, and due to British Airways regulations, we could not check our bags with the airline the night before, and the Yotelair (Airside} hotel required that we had already checked our bags. I would love to recognize him. However, I wrote down his first name and my husband threw away the paper where his name was written! I am quite sure it began with "C" and was something like Cermak. He was a wonderful representative.

Perhaps the only option besides IGA lounge to stay airside for longer periods, good for the elderly that have flights that do not have short connections.
