It was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, with excellent service attitude. I really think this is a good and trustworthy hotel.

The room design is mainly made of white stone and glass, with simple lines and a certain sense of design. It is a highlight, but it is not particularly practical. All glass doors are used in the room, and you have to be careful about opening and closing and entering and exiting. The windows are very poorly insulated and you can hear every car passing by on the road at night. Breakfast was relatively expensive and I didn't eat it at the hotel. The hotel has a small courtyard, which is relatively comfortable, but since it has rained these past few days, I didn't see much. The location of the hotel is relatively convenient, and you can reach the main church and the Alhambra within a 30-minute walk. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not too high.

一切都非常完美的酒店，房間舒適，員工服務意識在線，就是攜程描述上寫的洗衣房乾衣機讓我誤解酒店有收費的自助洗衣區域（後來想想也是，五星的酒店肯定是專人幫忙的），酒店員工還是很熱心的給我介紹酒店的洗衣服務😊 離開那天是一大早的飛機，酒店還給打包了滿滿兩大袋吃的，有水果，果汁，水，三文治（還是兩個），小蛋糕和一包小薯片，真的非常棒👍👍👍 總之這個酒店真的太棒了，性價比槓槓的，非常推薦大家來格拉納達選擇這裏❤️
