Tälta Lodge, a Bluebird by Lark

Not my first time staying here nor will it be my last. The rooms are simple but just what I'm looking for when in the area. They have a sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. The property is up against a creek and they have a couple places with fire pits right by it. During the ski season there is also a bar downstairs that's a cool place to hang. The small lodges on the edge of the property are really cool and comfortable too!

We stayed in the deluxe double queen on the second floor. The room was confined, with very little space for anything. The floor was quite uneven and pitched to one side- so much so that you could feel it lying in bed. The nordic-chic renovation was not very well constructed or thought out. The shelf with the kettle has no place to plug it in, for example. (The only place I could find to use it was on the floor- I would not place it on the wonky shelf on the pegboard wall.) The bathroom is tiny with only a small shelf for a few toiletries. The main space by the front desk is a nice area to hang out. They have comfy couches, good beer on tap and some snacks. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall the accommodations are very basic.

Hot tub was awesome. Great property. Bed was super comfortable and shower was hot with great water pressure.

Great place to stay along the mountain road. Stayed in the Stuga King, very nice room and living area, large bath, kitchenette. Would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay and overlooking the brook behind us. Everyone was very helpful! Lights in room were very bright so could use shades

What a cute little hotel. I loved all the local items offered. The owners seem very thoughtful.

We had an awesome time staying here as a family of 4 with two young kids.

Great place to stay. Had many amenities and the staff was great.

Nice to have a swim in a clean inside pool on a cool day
