Cabot Inn & Suites

The room was clean although the motel could use some updates to the carpets and bathroom. However the pool was very nice and the breakfast was good.

My room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night and didn’t try the complimentary breakfast. My room faced the mountains.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub need a little TLC, but it didn’t keep us from using them. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Santa’s Village.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, work out room equipment was very good, staff was super nice and extremely polite and helpful. Building could use some upgrades but otherwise it was a great stay.

Don't bother staying here. Used as a short term rental for large groups of construction workers. No common courtesy given to other travelers by the management to give them a quiet peaceful stay. Room had filthy outdated carpeting and dead bugs on the bedding. Bottle caps along the floor boards.

Property is older but clean. Has adequate parking. Needs carpet stretching or replacement in lobby. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing special. Staff is nice and very helpful. Excellent views of White Mountains and wildflowers at rear of inn, and gazebo at rear. Large indoor pool and fitness center both looked well maintained but didn’t have time to use them.

I'll just start by saying that I've stayed in worse places and it met my general criteria of not having bed bugs. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter so I called the number like the sign said and it rang and rang and rang. I walked around the lobby and tried again. It literally took 15 minutes before a woman walked out. There were no apologies. The room was clean but the decor needs an update. If you're there for a weekend with your buddies to go snowmobiling this place is totally fine. I feel like if I had been with friends and drunk it would have been great. The breakfast was not at all what was advertised-- but again I have to point out I've seen worse. There was a sign that said if you wanted eggs and sausage you could go to the counter and ask for them, but there was no one at the counter and once bitten, twice shy as they say. Also, who knows what they would have given me. There wasn't a kitchen or anything. There was stale cereal and stuff for waffles and English muffins. My key card stopped working and the guy who helped me was nice. There was lots of parking. It's close to restaurants and a state park or two. It was clean, I think. Should you stay here? Maybe?

Everything was excellent !!! The whole place was clean, the staff was fantastic, they helped my husband call for take out, they made coffee for us in the lobby plus one of the owners helped my husband out with our luggage. There is plenty of food for breakfast, and there is plenty of parking.

The Inn was reasonably priced, and the room was clean. The Inn has everything we needed for 2 nights. My Dad, two sisters, nephew and friends were also booked. For anyone needing far more expensive luxury accomodations, may I suggest the Omni Hotel in Bretton Woods.
