The next day, after checking out, I realized I had left something behind at the hotel. I contacted them immediately, and they initially said they had found it and could send it back to me. However, I never received it. I contacted them several times by phone and email, and they only said it had been sent. At first, they said they didn't have a tracking number or any mailing information, and then they stopped replying to emails and there was no further communication. The item just disappeared.

Clean rooms well appointed, beds comfortable, close to center of village. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and ultra helpful

Clean room. Convenient free ski/area shuttle. Pool was really warm and hot. Hot tub was clean too. Safe for families

The ski slopes were accessible. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use upgrading and fix wall paper patches that are peeling. Adding a grab and go breakfast would be helpful.

Stowe mountain, restaurants, etc. all very close by. Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. I’ll probably go here again.

Easy access to the GMT Shuttle to get to Stowe resort. The hotel was in decent condition but the lack of a restaurant was disappointing. Overall the stay was good with nice staff.
