This hotel really gives off a resort vibe, with lush frangipani trees, banana trees, and bougainvillea. It's also far enough from the bustling heart of the old town, making it very quiet and comfortable. Most guests are white families, and the overall quality of the guests is very high. Each room has a balcony, which is perfect for reading or just relaxing. The rooms are also quite spacious, and there's turndown service every night. Laundry is very affordable. However, the bedding isn't very comfortable to sleep on, and the 'king' beds are actually two beds pushed together. Breakfast is also pretty mediocre, with limited variety and not many edible options. The service is very proactive and enthusiastic. In summary, it feels very much like a resort, but the bedding comfort is lacking, and the breakfast food and taste are just average.

The hotel has a great view at night. The location is also excellent, within walking distance to the Old Town. If you want to be close to the action, I recommend staying here. There are many good local restaurants nearby. However, if you're looking for a high-quality, five-star hotel experience, then this might not be the best choice. Many families with babies choose to stay here.

The hotel itself isn't very big, but the public areas are absolutely beautiful. At first glance, it might seem ordinary, but once you lie down by the pool and really take it all in, it's actually incredibly chill. The service is a mixed bag; some staff members are super enthusiastic, while others are rather apathetic and unresponsive. My main complaint, though, is the room. While not actually small in size, it *feels* tiny. This is because they've included a rather large living area within a modest footprint, which unfortunately shrinks the bedroom, and especially the bathroom, considerably. The shower even lacks a glass door, making it very easy for water to splash out.

The hotel is within walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town, and the rooms are elegant and cozy. The hotel's restaurant is also beautiful. Staying in Hoi An allows you to fully enjoy your trip to Da Nang. Plus, there's a great value massage parlor just a two or three-minute walk from the hotel.

This branded hotel is truly exceptional, perfectly capturing the essence of Southeast Asia. I absolutely loved the thatched-roof reception and our room. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable. Overall, very satisfied.

This hotel is located right by the river, offering a very peaceful atmosphere. It's just a five-minute walk to the Old Town. Our room was spacious and had lovely local touches. The seating area on the porch was perfect for enjoying the breeze and the view. They even brought us so much complimentary fruit and dessert that we couldn't finish it all! The staff were incredibly friendly and it was impressive how they remembered all our family members' names. The laundry service was also excellent – cheap and clean! This is exactly how a vacation should be! 🤩

The breakfast was absolutely terrible, truly incomparable to even an Atour or Ji Hotel in China. The selection was small and the quality was poor. The only upside is its proximity to the old town; it's within walking distance.
