The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet despite being close to the airport. The hotel has great amenities. They have buffet, spa, a nice pool, starbucks and Gordon Ramsey Steak if you want a fancy dinner. Overall we had such a nice experience staying here and we definitely recommend this hotel to travellers!
Booked River Rock for one night because of its proximity to the airport. The room was great in every aspect, and we had two meals at the Cantonese restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times because it’s in such a convenient location. Depending on the room, you can hear nearby doors closing and people talking in the hallway late at night, but it hasn’t kept me from sleeping. During a previous stay, I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning, so the room was either too hot or too cold. This time I could adjust it, and the room was comfortable.
Great location right above the metro station. It's only 10 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to downtown by train. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is a bit older, it definitely doesn't feel run-down—the amenities are comprehensive and it's very clean. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Vancouver.

Great value for money hotel with very clean rooms. The location is super convenient—you can access the SkyTrain directly from River Rock Casino Hotel, and there are multiple bus lines within 200 meters downstairs, taking you directly to Fisherman's Wharf without any transfers. We booked for three people and were upgraded to two rooms. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well soundproofed! The service was excellent! The location is superb, convenient for getting to the airport, ferry terminal, and city center. There's also a Costco and outlets nearby.
