I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Strategic location on the side of the road, there are stalls and supermarkets close by. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The bedroom is clean, the AC is cold, there is a kettle for making hot coffee/tea. Very fast wifi, Android TV. With a price of under 500K, it's very worthy in my opinion. The service from the man guarding there is very friendly. A friend of mine suddenly came to visit and spent the night so there were 3 of us in the room, and my bro and I didn't get hit there. I didn't try breakfast, because I'm a culinary expert in Ubud, so we ate outside. Thank you very much, highly recommend

We booked villa with private pool. Fantastic service, the room has been equipped very well, good location also for the places we wanted to visit. Breakfasts are ok but I would recommend to eat outside if you want something special. Anyway, floating breakfast was lovely experience. It was very noisy during some nights so might be problematic for a light sleepers. Very nice place to stay for a couple.
