The room was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep! The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked, with even the towels having a subtle fragrance. The breakfast the next day was amazing—Chinese congee, Western baked goods, and freshly ground coffee were all available. The staff were always smiling, responsive, and thoughtfully gave me a small gift upon check-out. This is an excellent value, and I'll definitely choose this place for your next business trip!

The Wi-Fi was good, the cell phone signal was stable, and the TV picture was clear. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. There was free laundry and free parking. The hotel was very cost-effective and the price was good. Overall, I was very satisfied. I thank the front desk staff for the very satisfying stay. The room's simple and cozy design and comfortable mattress provided a perfect balance of firmness and softness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The cleanliness was excellent, with clean towels and sheets, so I felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with efficient check-in and check-out, and they even offered to store my luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked noodles and fruit, which were fresh and delicious. The hotel's excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet night, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. If you're visiting Xi'an for a concert, a game, or business, the All Seasons Xi'an is an excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

1. The soundproofing was very poor. I requested a quiet room, but there was constant loud traffic noise from the road. 2. I requested a late check-out due to schedule issues, but it wasn't available. I even called to ask for a good review. 3. The pillow was too soft and I wanted to switch to a buckwheat pillow, but the front desk said the purchasing department wasn't around and hadn't yet purchased one. It's been open for so long, and they still haven't purchased one. What a perfunctory response!

All Seasons is always my first choice for business trips or travel. It is comfortable and reasonably priced. It is clean, has no odor, and the bed is not tiring to sleep in. The breakfast is also very delicious. The customer service is also warm and patient.

Room number 316, a light kept flashing at night. I came here to take an exam and wanted to rest well, but I didn't fall asleep until after 1:00. The room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise outside. The window is small, the light is dim and cannot be adjusted, and the air conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted. The weather is 23 degrees, which is really too cold. Not only is it not good to rest, but it also affects people's mood. I really avoid it.
