Shower was cold. Asked to switch rooms and that shower was cold too so I never got a hot shower.

- No cups in the bathroom for drinking water -No soap dish in the shower -No electricity in bedside table power bars. -No daily room cleaning or towel service offered or provided -Smoke alarm went off at 3:15 am. No smoke in room and no response from front desk -No one manning front desk at night or in the morning to speak to in person.

Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food in my freezer in fridge. Do not stay at this terrible place. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy staying here. Do not waste your money time or energy. This place does not even deserve one star no stars

They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way.

The property was nice, quiet and clean. I didn’t like the fact the room didn’t have a phone or wifi! All hotels have a phone in their room, you never know what may happen that you’ll have to call to the front desk. Overall it was ok..
