Shower was cold. Asked to switch rooms and that shower was cold too so I never got a hot shower.

- No cups in the bathroom for drinking water -No soap dish in the shower -No electricity in bedside table power bars. -No daily room cleaning or towel service offered or provided -Smoke alarm went off at 3:15 am. No smoke in room and no response from front desk -No one manning front desk at night or in the morning to speak to in person.

This hotel is under renovation construction there are construction workers making extremely loud noises after 6pm which i have never heard of and construction management is what i travel all over this country doing staff was 100% unhelpful i literally had to go to the workers myself and get them to stop working it was 7:30pm and a $10.00 a day resort fee just absolutely ridiculous Stay Away never again

Bathroom- no towel racks or hooks. The only thing I could do with wet towels is put them on the floor. Slippery shower with no grab bar or shelf. Not all towels replaced daily. Air conditioner VERY LOUD Kitchen- no napkins or paper towels, only one dish towel. I needed to use tissues as a napkin while eating. Only one chair at desk - no tables or chairs for eating. A room with kitchen should have a place to eat. Coffee packets not replenished daily. Ants and insects- I threw out cookies that became ant infested. Other flying insects throughout the unit. Online check-in is a joke. I had to repeat the whole process in person when I arrived.

The hotel was ok, no sheer curtains behind the black outs so we couldn’t open the curtains and the black out curtains didn’t close completely so you have day light early in the morning, the ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and probably the worst pillows ever. Overall I’ll give the hotel two stars.
