The facilities are very new. Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Environment: Gives a comfortable feeling. Service: Thoughtful and polite. Olive Young 5% off for qualifying purchases: A very good arrangement. The customer service was polite and attentive, patiently resolving issues. I will book again.

The room decoration is lovely and the bed is comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped me make calls when I lost something. It's right next to Lotte Department Store, only a 2-3 minute walk away. Very suitable for travel.

The hotel's decor is exquisite, with a strong, sophisticated French business aesthetic. The location is also great, with shopping malls, restaurants, and shops conveniently located nearby. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel room was very spacious for Seoul standards and exceptionally clean, with a great view from the window. The hotel breakfast was exquisite; unfortunately, due to changes in my itinerary, I only got to experience it once. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Initially, there was a high-pitched AC noise in our room. After several discussions with the managers, and even with an engineer who couldn't fix it, we were finally moved to a different side of the hotel. A big thank you to Simon, the manager, for his patience and help in resolving the issue and for his empathy. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get any good sleep during my four nights in Seoul. Right at the start of summer vacation, we took our kid to Seoul, and the hotel's location and service were incredibly kid-friendly! We just went downstairs, through a corridor and a mall, and there was Lotte World. Right next to the amusement park was Toys R Us, which satisfied all my little princess's desires for Monchhichi. On the same floor, there was even a Monchhichi specialty store where you could customize your own. The mall next to the hotel had a Michelin-recommended ramen shop that my child absolutely loved. The B1 level of the adjacent mall gathered almost all the major trendy influencer brands, where you could find some great finds; we also ran into a Tom and Jerry pop-up on the first floor of the mall. Just outside the hotel, there was a food street that was very lively at night. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, a great stay.
