Best Western Plus Fredericksburg

Stayed with family, staff is super friendly, our room was basic but nice and clean. Loved that the had a coffee machine with may options like Latte and Cappucino, plain, decaf etc, every hotel should have one! Could use a bit of updating but not much I can complain on. Would stay again

This is a very nice property. Price was good, people pleasant, room comfortable. We would come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as we needed a place to keep our trucks and trailers for a couple of nights while on a motorcycle trip.

The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room though was not up to expectations. The wood floors were very dirty and left our socks and bare feet black. The bathroom sink did not drain. The toilet tank and bowl were not fully connected to each other or the floor. Someone needs to clean and maintain these rooms.

His staff wore very slow and the floor wasn’t clean in the room the coffee machine in the morning every morning had a problem

Breakfast was great. Food was very good. House keeping ******! For the reputation and cost to stay at this property you should not have to ask to have your room cleaned. Sat 4/18 no house keeping asked and sent emails to management to clean room and all we got was clean towels and the bed made. 4/19 room was cleaned after I went to front desk and complained about the lack of house keeping. They did refund my parking fee to make it right but we will not stay there again

Great little hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet and cozy. Love the rocking chairs out front.

James at the front desk was very friendly. And also helpful with a restaurant recommendation.
