Coconut Garden Resort

This hotel is simply amazing!!! We weren't particularly fond of the island itself, but this hotel was the best part of our stay there. It's a clean, spacious bungalow with an aesthetic design and a comfortable bed. The bungalow is equipped with everything you need (even beach towels!). The grounds are beautifully maintained and very green. A huge plus is the breakfast included in the price. Usually, we don't wake up for hotel breakfasts and prefer going to cafes, but on Gili, cafe prices are much higher than in Bali. So, don't be lazy and make sure to go to breakfast – they cook excellent food and there's a good selection! The staff is well-trained and friendly! Overall, 10/10, I recommend this place to everyone; we found no downsides to the hotel!

Please don't stay at this hotel! The owners are extremely dishonest: we paid for a hotel with breakfast included, but our island, Nu-s-Sa Penida, and Gili Island were closed due to a storm. I wrote to the hotel asking for at least a refund for the meals, but they simply ignored me.

The front desk service was very attentive, and they were very warm and hospitable when I needed assistance. The breakfast wait time was quite long, about 40 minutes. Overall, the atmosphere was quite nice. The biggest surprise was the huge number of cats in the park, which was my favorite part of the stay. I would choose to stay again just for the cats.

Everything about this hotel is fine; it's small and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious. However, the photos don't quite capture the reality of the rooms. The rooms are older than they look in the photos. I was disappointed when I entered my room. There are cows grazing nearby, as well as a landfill and stables. There are occasional unpleasant odors.
