Shanghai Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel

I've been to Disney several times, but this is my first stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it is. Especially the shuttle service to the park, and the drivers are all incredibly helpful. The shuttle schedule is also very punctual every day. Plus, the hotel itself has shuttle buses between its various buildings. The rooms are simple and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Overall, for a Disney trip, this place offers great value for money.

The room has a very Japanese feel to it. Since it's on the first floor, the soundproofing isn't amazing, but it's acceptable. The service was also excellent. If you're going to Disneyland, this hotel's location is fantastic – they offer pickup and drop-off service, and it's right across from Bicester Village. I'd definitely stay here again! ✌️

This hotel really delivers that vacation vibe! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hot springs are uncrowded and private. It's located right in the resort area, and Bicester Village is just across the road. It's a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway!

Extremely poor value for money, with significant hygiene issues. Paid over 3000 for two nights, and the stay was a huge disappointment. The room wasn't properly cleaned; I found stray hairs, and the bathroom drain was clogged. Taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom. I chose this place specifically for its family-friendly facilities and hot springs, but basic room hygiene wasn't maintained. The hardware facilities lacked proper upkeep, especially the toothbrush which was ineffective and shedding bristles 😓. Breakfast was quite bad. While the exterior and surroundings were decent, and it's close to the outlet village, the room quality simply doesn't justify the price. Not recommended for families traveling with children.

The hotel is great, not far from Disneyland. The hot springs are very comfortable; after a day of fun, it was lovely to relax in them, and the kids absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Definitely worth another visit!

Came to Disneyland with my 5-year-old daughter, and it was super convenient. 1. Shuttle Service: (a) They picked us up from the subway station to the hotel. (b) The next morning, they dropped us off right at the Disneyland entrance. (c) In the evening, they picked us up again from Disneyland and took us back to the hotel. 2. Hotel Experience: (a) The service attitude was genuinely excellent. (b) The room was also very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. (c) There was a lake right outside the window, so the view was beautiful. (d) The breakfast was delicious too. My child was also very happy with the food and had a great time playing. Overall, it was very good.

The room was very clean, the facilities were new, the service was great, and the onsen experience was very relaxing. It's definitely worth a visit.

The room was super convenient, right opposite the hotel lobby, making it easy to get around. The interior was cozy, clean, and completely odorless. Our little one loved it and slept soundly. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a very spacious courtyard with hot springs and a lavender garden. The courtyard is lush with trees, and the hotel itself is decorated in a Japanese style with large rooms. Bicester Village is right across from the hotel, and Disneyland is behind the lavender garden [smiley face]. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland. Everything is very convenient. The only downside was that the coffee machine in the room was broken, and the one in the restaurant wasn't great either.
