Excellent location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The room was comfortable and clean. There's a big lawn where you can watch fireworks, and the trampoline was a lot of fun. We'll definitely come back in the spring when the flowers bloom!

Hot spring tickets (2 adults, 1 child): The hot spring was very comfortable, and the environment was clean and hygienic 🤩🤩 We'll definitely come again next time! Highly recommended!

Had a truly rejuvenating stay at Shanghai Million Stone Onsen Hotel, it felt like a trip to Japan! The hotel is perfectly located within the Disney Resort, and just across the road from Shanghai Village outlet mall. The entire hotel boasts an authentic Japanese style, with tranquil and elegant dry landscape gardens. Our room featured traditional tatami mats and underfloor heating, making it cozy and comfortable. The real highlight was the hotel's 'Gokurakuyu' hot spring, which draws real thermal water from underground and is exclusively for guests, ensuring a peaceful and uncrowded experience. After a long day exploring Disneyland, soaking in the hot spring melted all our fatigue away. Coupled with a professional scrub massage from the aunties at the hot spring area, it was pure bliss. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which is super convenient whether you're driving or flying in. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious and authentic Japanese dishes. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next Disney trip!

Japanese minimalist style, with many well-designed details. The hot spring bath was uncrowded, which was a big plus. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and the restaurant's outdoor view of a Japanese garden was a thoughtful touch. It's super convenient for Bicester Village, so you can pop over anytime. Being able to see a corner of the Disney fireworks was an unexpected bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Bicester Village, which is great for lunch and dinner. The hot springs open at 2 PM, so if you're hoping for another soak before checking out in the morning, you're out of luck. They offer body scrubs at the hot springs, a bit pricey, but quite relaxing. Everyone gets a complimentary can of soda with their bath, but you have to scan a QR code to buy ice cream. I checked in at 2 PM, perhaps a bit early, as many rooms weren't ready. The cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway, which was really noisy. Overall, don't set your expectations too high; it's just an average experience.
