Shanghai Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is located directly opposite a huge shopping mall, which is beautiful for taking photos. The room was comfortable and spacious, and after a tiring day, I slept really well at night. The hotel offers free hot springs ♨️ access. After exploring Disneyland, my legs were exhausted, so I went straight to soak in the hot springs to relieve them. The hot spring facility had all the toiletries you could need. After bathing, I could complete my washing there and then return directly to my room to rest, which was fantastic! The young man with glasses provided excellent service, helping me with my luggage to the room and then carrying it to the car when I checked out. There was also a handsome waiter who escorted us to the hot spring entrance. The front desk lady had a great service attitude. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Disneyland, which requires booking 2-3 hours in advance. This was incredibly convenient for my two-day visit to Disneyland. The hotel breakfast was also very rich, with many food options, including freshly cooked rice noodles and wontons, which tasted quite good! The only issue was that the sockets for the kettle, coffee machine, and TV had no power. I had to use the socket by the sink to boil water. I informed the front desk, and they said someone would come to check, but when I returned to the hotel in the evening, it still wasn't fixed. However, it didn't affect my 3-day stay. No TV? No problem, I just lay in bed and played on my phone! If I come to Shanghai Disneyland again, I will still choose this hotel.

My daughter's graduation trip combined with my vacation reward – a trip to Disneyland! My daughter chose this hotel because it's close to Disneyland, offers a shuttle service, and has hot springs. After a quick check-in at noon, we conveniently went across to Bicester Village Outlet for some shopping and food. Disneyland Town and Disneyland Park are just across the water. After dinner, we enjoyed the hot springs, which felt very Japanese. Although a bit dated, it was clean and a great experience. The staff at the hot springs were warm and attentive, which was excellent! 👍👍 Breakfast was a bit simple, but sufficient in terms of calories.😛 The only downside was when we were leaving the hotel; I was pushing two small suitcases while waiting for our car 🧳 and the doorman at the lobby entrance didn't ask if I needed help or offer any assistance. That was a bit disappointing.

Free transfers to Disneyland and the airport. We also got a room upgrade. We stayed in a two-story family room – it was amazing! The onsen was superb – we truly relaxed and recharged. The breakfasts were delicious, and we also tried the restaurant for dinner one evening – excellent choice!

The room was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. It's close to Disneyland, and they offer a shuttle service. The restaurant is open until 10 PM and serves delicious food.

The room has a Japanese-style design. If you need a shuttle to Disneyland, you'll need to add them on WeChat in advance to book, which is fairly convenient. If you want to use the hot spring, you'll need to buy a separate ticket. Bicester Village is right next door, just across the street. The hotel is quite large, so you'll need staff to guide you around. Breakfast was just okay.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. The ambiance throughout the property was sophisticated, and the staff's service was meticulous, making my stay incredibly comfortable. What particularly stood out was the hot spring. The atmosphere was superb, and it felt like I was experiencing the luxury of a Japanese ryokan, even though I was abroad. I believe it's on par with the best ryokans in Japan. Among them, Mr. Gao's service was exceptional; he was incredibly attentive to every detail and escorted us with care throughout our stay. Thanks to him, it became an even more special and pleasant experience. The hotel's atmosphere, the hot spring, and the thoughtfulness of all the staff were all magnificent. It's definitely a hotel I would love to visit again.

Having stayed at the Disney Hotel and the Toy Story Hotel, this time I tried Hyakumangoku, and I definitely prefer it over the other three! First off, the service is excellent. There's a shuttle that takes you to your building, and your luggage is brought to your room. In the morning, a luxury car takes you to Disney! The rooms are spacious, with separate areas for the sink and shower, and the breakfast is high quality. Plus, it's right across from Iksupiari. From now on, whenever I come to Disney, I'll choose Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel! However, there's one small thing: the onsen only has two small pools, one hot and one cold, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, it truly beats all other hotels around Disney!
