Ramada by Wyndham Serpong Hotel

Thank you to Kak Atika and the others for the great hospitality! It was my second time staying at the hotel and the hospitality was the same as the first time I went there, definitely my go-to hotel for when I go for Comifuro

Everything was good, only, there's no partition between shower and closet, so water spark everywhere also the bathroom leveling was not proper, so water couldn't run to drainage

Clean room and comfortable for 2 persons stay. Great view of the surrounding area as the room we got was on a high floor. There is a convenience store right next to the lobby of the hotel which is great for late night snack trips!

Hotel is good but there is nothing in the surrounding and therefore you need to get a car or taxi to nearby. However with the traffic in Jakarta , it means you have to wait for very long for the car to come. For business traveler who wish to have good rest, is best to get another hotel because there is a mosque just beside the hotel and the prayer starts from 330am to 430 am which disrupt sleep. I have stayed at other hotel before but never encounter this.

Friendly staff and good services. Overall, the best hotel for business trip.
