Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

The breakfast was cold and we were right away at 7:00 am. And there were people above us in our room that were so loud where we don’t sleep much the 3 nights we were there. Room was nice just really small.

Gym and pool were closed, and the noise from passing trains was noticeable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant place to stay.

We specifically reserved a room on ******* with a roll in shower for my mother. After we arrived I was told that room had been given to someone else about an hour earlier. There is an inconsistency about booking a specific room on ******* and communication with the actual hotel. This sounds like an internal management issue. I was advised to always contact the hotel after using any third party App. The front desk also advised me to use the Marriott App in the future so that they can see if a specific room is requested. The Marriot App is cumbersome to reserve two different types of rooms and to research for ADA rooms. Travelers should be aware this hotel also sits along side a railway. Trains were very loud all night.

We had a excellent room and it was quiet. Everyone was very accommodating and took great care of us. Buffet breakfast,very good too.. Will definitely stay there again 😀

The hotel is located directly across the street from a very busy train track. There was always a lot of noise from moving trains. Not something I would want to deal with again.

Room wasn’t too bad, my wife left very expensive shampoo in the room on accident, called the hotel multiple times, they never found it.

Great location, always clean and staff is very friendly. This is my choice to stay when I’m in Cheyenne for work.

It was a nice stay. We did have some dust bunnies in our room in the bathroom corners and on the tissue box. The pool was freezing to where the kids couldn’t swim with how cold the water was.
