Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

We stayed here on 4th of July and they had 1 staff member on site during the evenings. This meant no towels at the pools, no one answering calls at front desk, and no service outside of checking in. We couldn’t even get extra towels or toilet paper. Was baffling to see in their back room 5 industrial bins full of unclean towels. Positives was breakfast was great and breakfast attendant was great! Pool was good. Open space in lobby was great for playing games. Not sure if I would stay there again for the cost and experience we had.

The hotel room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay !!

The lady working the front desk was very friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very well made.

Ive stayed at several other hotels including ones that are more expensive and I will not stay anywhere else in Cheyenne . Very Clean Very Quiet night sleep. great staff and ammenities

I was surprised by the noise level of the trains and the internal air conditioners. Otherwise, it had excellent Marriott standards. Especially pleasant and accommodating staff.

Everything was just as expected that's why I pick your hotel great breakfast and staff is very helpful

The staff is absolutely amazing here. Between my cat going missing and then my husband’s truck needing a jump they were beyond helpful. Also if your animal goes missing lift the bed and box spring up. My cat managed find a sliver of space and squeeze in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve the appreciation

The breakfast was perfect and the coffee was good. Very clean and the front desk staff were very nice/accommodating. I like that the room had a single use coffee pot (w/ pods) and real creamer. The sofa bed mattress was terrible (which is typical) but the leather couch was very comfortable and big enough to sleep on.
